Pet Sitting

Trusted in-home pet care in Fargo–Moorhead, from quick drop-ins to full overnight stays.

A cheerful living room scene with a medium, brindle-coated dog trotting toward the camera carrying a plush toy, while in the midground a tidy feeding station with elevated bowls and a labeled food container sits on a small mat. A cat tree near a window shows a calm tortoiseshell cat watching birds outside. Morning natural light streams in, creating bright, natural highlights and soft shadows that add depth to the textures of fur, fabric, and wood floors. Photographic realism, captured at a low angle to feel at pet-eye level, with moderate depth of field that keeps all key elements in focus. The mood is lively yet orderly, communicating that pets are active, stimulated, and cared for during drop-in visits.
A medium-sized, golden mixed-breed dog and a relaxed gray tabby cat resting together on a soft, heathered charcoal sofa in a tidy living room, both wearing simple, well-fitted collars with tags. The room feels like a Fargo–Moorhead home: a woven rug, a few tasteful pet toys in a nearby basket, a leash hanging by the door. Late-afternoon natural light pours in through a large window, casting gentle shadows and warm highlights on their fur. Photographic realism at eye level with the animals, shallow depth of field so the background is softly blurred. The mood is calm, secure, and homey, emphasizing how content pets are when cared for in their own space, with a clean, modern aesthetic.

About Me

Hi, I'm Tansy—the owner, scheduler, and sole sitter behind Tansy & Co. Pet Care. When you book with me, you're working directly with the person who will be in your home, loving on your pets, and sending you updates while you're away.

I've built Tansy & Co. around a simple promise: I will care for your animals the way I care for my own. That means learning their routines, respecting their quirks, and keeping their environment calm and predictable so they can truly relax at home.

Over the years, I've looked after anxious rescues, high-energy puppies, senior pets who need medication and extra patience, and multi-pet households that run on carefully tuned routines. I pay close attention to body language and behavior, and I'm always happy to go at your pet's pace, whether that's zoomies in the yard or quiet company on the couch.

Because it's just me, communication is personal and consistent—you'll hear directly from me before, during, and after every booking. I'll send clear updates, photos, and honest notes so you never have to wonder how things are going back home.

Tansy & Co. is fully insured, and I take home security seriously. From locking up carefully to double-checking instructions for keys, alarms, and doors, I treat your space with the same respect I give to your pets. My goal is for you to walk back through the door to a settled, content crew and a home just as you left it.

Tansy sent detailed updates and photos every visit—our anxious rescue finally relaxed, and we came home to a happy, peaceful pup.

A tidy front entryway of a Midwestern-style home with a sturdy, weather-ready doormat and a pair of stainless steel pet bowls neatly arranged beside a small basket of neatly folded leashes and harnesses. On a nearby bench, an open planner-style notebook and key hook labeled with subtle paw icons hint at an organized pet care routine. Soft overcast daylight filters through glass in the front door, creating diffused, even lighting with minimal shadows. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly elevated angle using the rule of thirds, with sharp focus throughout. The atmosphere is professional, reliable, and welcoming, visually representing a well-prepared in-home pet sitting service in the Fargo–Moorhead area.

Knowing she was insured and background checked made it easy to trust her with our home and three spoiled cats.
