Drop-Ins
Home visits are great for potty breaks, feeding time, litter scooping, fresh water, and playtime. Perfect for those days when you work longer hours, are out of town, or are just unable to give your pet enrichment that day.
After the Meet & Greet has been completed, your pets will be cared for on the schedule that works best, keeping their routines consistent and stress-free. Offering mental stimulation alongside the cuddles, Tansy & Co. is looking out for your pet’s overall well-being.
At the start and finish of each drop-in, you will receive a time-stamped photo of your critters. Perfect timing for when you’re missing them the most!

Walks
On-leash structured walks around your neighborhood to burn energy, reinforce good manners, and keep pups happy during your workdays or long events. Great for those dogs needing that physical stimulation and keeping up with any previous training they have had.
Tansy & Co. also offers a “sniffari” walk on a long leash. Your pup takes the lead on this walk! Set entirely at their own pace, it’s a wonderful way to give them extra mental enrichment. The pups can sniff to their heart’s desire if this optional walk is chosen. They will love having the freedom to explore the smells, work their brain, and process that information they find.
Did you know? Sniffing is HARD WORK! 10 mins of sniffing can tire out a dog as much as a 30 min physical walk. These “sniffari” walks are often seen as “decompression walks” and can calm down more anxious dogs, while giving them a sense of control and choice over their own environment.

Overnight Stays
$75 per 9 hour overnight stay. Add daytime drop-ins to complete the service.
Tansy & Co. provides reliable one-on-one pet sitting care focused on keeping your pet comfortable in their own space. By keeping your pet in their normal routine while you’re away, this service offers a great option for those out of town wanting peace of mind. Multiple photo and text updates throughout the day, while keeping your critters safe and happy. With this personalized service, your pets get consistent attention and a routine they can feel good in.
For $75, there is a full 9 hours of overnight care in your home, including evening and morning routines, meals, medications, and plenty of attention for pets who need extra company. Playtime and snuggles included!

Danielle has watched our animals many times while we were out of town and she has always been wonderful. She truly cares for animals and always goes above and beyond to care for them. We even had a situation with a sick kitty that needed an inhaler/medication every day and she had no problem giving it to him while I was away on a work trip. Hello everyone, Danielle here (with Tansy snoozin’ on the couch next to me, of course!)
I’ve been pet sitting for years already, and it seemed like the perfect time to start taking it more seriously as a career. My professional journey into the pet-related field began in 2017 when I started working at Homeward Animal Shelter in Fargo. Over the years I’ve remained in the animal world by managing a doggy daycare and working at a local dog bakery. In the last 9 years, I’ve also immersed myself in various volunteer roles within a few different rescues in the FM area, alongside volunteering at our local zoo. I have fostered more dogs and cats than I can count. I adopted my pup Tansy in September of 2018 when she was just under a year old.
Anyone who knows me would say this world is my passion. Most recently I managed the entire in-home and transportation program at Fetchers Dog Daycare. This is where my skills have shined the brightest and when I realized I was ready to make the jump on my own. Lately, I’ve been getting some amazing referred clients who were originally referrals themselves, meaning that not everyone who was recommended to me knows a lot about me before meeting me in person.
Outside of work, I’m drawn to outdoor pursuits. I love going to the lake, exploring the MSUM oceanarium, heading over to the Red River Zoo, and camping in different MN areas. Additionally, I enjoy competing in a sand volleyball league, rollerblading around with my dog, and coaching soccer and volleyball through the Special Olympics.
Wholeheartedly, I know I’m on the right career path, and it becomes clearer every day. My heart is so full. It’s been wonderful to reminisce through photos while deciding what to share on my page and website. As scary and humbling as starting a new business has been, I know it’s what I’m meant to do. I do pet sitting as my profession because I love it, and besides the happy critters, my favorite part is building trusted, meaningful relationships with their owners. It takes a lot for someone to invite you into their home and entrust you with their cherished pets. I take what I do for work very seriously, so it warms my heart when others see and appreciate the attentive, quality care I provide. This dream of mine is becoming a reality, and my passion is turning this business into an incredible career.
All that to say, I wouldn’t be anywhere without my amazing clients and their critters! Thank you to everyone for the amazing years and I cannot wait to continue this new journey as more than just a hobby.
